Why doesn't my credit card work?

We understand how frustrating it can be when your credit card doesn't work. There are a number of reasons why Seigler Technologies can have problems processing your credit card.

 

General Troubleshooting:

  • Double-check your information: Make sure you've entered the correct card number, expiration date, and CVV code. Typos happen, so double-check everything before hitting submit.
  • Check your internet connection: A weak internet connection could be causing the issue. Try again on a stronger connection or use a different device.
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies: Sometimes, outdated browser data can interfere with online payments. Try clearing your cache and cookies, then refresh the page and try again.
  • Restart your device: A simple restart can sometimes clear up temporary glitches that might be causing the problem.

 

Card-Related Issues:

  • Expired card: Check your card's expiration date. If it's expired, you'll need to use a different card or contact your bank for a replacement.
  • Daily spending limit reached: Some cards have daily spending limits. If you've exceeded yours, you'll need to wait until the limit resets or contact your bank to raise your limit.
  • The card is deactivated or frozen: Contact your bank to check if your card has been deactivated or frozen for security reasons. They can help you reactivate it if necessary.

 

IT'S STILL NOT WORKING!

Contact your bank or credit card issuer. They can investigate the issue further and help you resolve it. If you are worried you are going to miss your payment deadline while you are troubleshooting your credit card, please contact support. We are humans too! Our billing team will do our best to work with you and are happy to stop late payment fees to Seigler Technologies if you notify us you are working to troubleshoot credit card problems.
